• Two sides with finger holes to easily hold the bag roll in place while tearing

• One side with hole where bags are torn from the roll

• Bag stopper on top that hold the roll in place and is locked in place with the carabiner 

• Blue carabiner to attach dispenser to leashes, belt loop, backpack

• 4 holes on bottom to allow any moisture to escape
