Made with a rose milky hearts (that does not stretch) and fleece. OR skip the fleece and order one with just the rose milky hearts.

Two measurements are needed to order this: Measure your dog's collar while on and their neck height.
How to measure your dog's collar (see photo example): Use measure tape and wrap it around your dog's collar while wearing it. If you do not have measure tape use a string and then measure it with a ruler.
Neck height (see photo example): measure just below the ear to the bottom of neck
